TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The developer does NOT warrant the following:

1. A. Validity of any of the information or representations made by any of supplier/contractor and/or the buyer who listed their services or products in the platform.
2. B. Character of any of the parties who agreed to enter into contract or close a deal using the platform; and,
3. C. Fulfillment by any of the parties of their obligations under any contract entered into using the platform.

2. The developer shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by any party who entered into a contract using the platform.

3. The contracting parties shall not hold the developer liable for any losses or damages and hereby waives any rights to file a claim against the developer.

4. The developer shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by any party by reason of posting any information under the platform.
