DATA PRIVACY POLICY

DAC Shepherds Techs Corp. (the ”Company”) shall protect the data that you provided in compliance with the Data Privacy Law of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations.

I hereby affirm that I have voluntarily given personal information (”Data”) as required by the this ”application/system” and hereby give my consent to the following:

1. 1. Processing of such data for purposes of this application/system by the Company, its officers and representatives; and,
2. 2. Viewing and/or processing of the data by other users of this application/system in accordance with the purpose for which it was created;

I will not hold the Company, its officers and representatives liable for the use of any data I provided outside the purpose for which it was given. I also hereby waive my right to sue and/or file a claim against the Company, its officers and representative in accordance with this paragraph.

I understand that the data provided by other users as required by this application may be false or not accurate and I will not hold the Company, its officers and representative liable for this.

DATA CONSENT AND WAIVER

I hereby give my consent to the owner of the application and to those users based on the authority that I have given to use any data that I have contributed. This shall also mean that I am waiving my under the Data Privacy Act against such owner and/or users and they shall not be held responsible for the use of the data.
